Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid enrollments with Pipeline Anchorhub. Website pricing is informational; your invoice and enrollment email define the purchased lane.

Eligibility

You may request a refund if you cancel before the cohort start date listed on your enrollment confirmation, or within seven calendar days of purchase when no live session or downloadable module has been accessed — whichever is earlier.

Timeframe

Send refund requests to contact@pipeline-anchorhub.world within the eligibility window. Include your full name, invoice number, and course lane (Signal Pass, Stream Studio, or Pipeline Cohort).

Full and partial refunds

Cancellations at least seven days before the first live session receive a full refund of tuition paid. Cancellations inside seven days but before the first session receive a 50% refund. After the first live session begins, tuition is non-refundable except where required by Thai consumer law.

Non-refundable items

Third-party examination fees, custom on-site logistics already incurred, and completed private coaching hours are non-refundable. Gift enrollments follow the same schedule based on the learner’s access date.

Refund process

We confirm receipt within two business days, verify eligibility, and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method when possible.

Processing time

Expect funds to appear within 10–15 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refund method

Card payments reverse to the same card. Bank transfers return to the originating Thai or international account. We do not issue cash refunds at the Bangkok office.

Cancellation by Pipeline Anchorhub

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or visa denials affecting travel to an on-site Pipeline Cohort may qualify for goodwill credits evaluated case by case.
